We are making jams and jellies today we have three done, the marmalade, grape and a cranberry raspberry combo. Soon we will do the jalapeno jelly, and I have a great moose recipe to go with it. Have any of you had a chance to try any of the recipes? I hope so, and I would love your feedback.

Fancy Moose Leftovers
This is an excellent way to use your left over moose roast if you ever have any left overs that is.
- Chop the left over roast into tiny pieces you need 1/3 cup chopped for each person
- A ramekin dish for each person
- 1 can cream of mushroom or your favorite cream of soup, cream of broccoli is fantastic.
- 1 can of canned biscuits
- butter for greasing ramekins
